Caravan Holiday homes may remain on Coly Vale for 10 years for 10’ wides and for 12 years on 12’ wides.

Can I live in my caravan?

Accepted Answer

No, they are for holiday use only. We ask for proof of your main residence annually (such as utility bills, for example).

What about maintenance?

You are responsible for the maintenance of your caravan holiday home. Please ask when you require any work done and we may be able to help or alternatively recommend local contractors.

Can I sub let my caravan holiday home?

Yes, but to close friends and family only.

Do you have any park rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are a set of park rules for everyone owning a caravan on the park. These are issued with the formal agreement and are periodically updated.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome. We only ask they are not left unattended in your caravan and you clear up any mess they make. There are beautiful walks directly from Coly Vale along the River Coly.

What if I want to sell my caravan holiday home?

Accepted Answer

All sales of privately owned caravan holiday homes are documented by us, this includes family and friends. You simply have to notify us in writing of your wish to sell, and we reply with a sales report, including the recommended sales price. When we have agreed the sales term, we market the caravan on your behalf to find a buyer. If you already have a buyer you will be required to put the details of the sale in writing to us for us to check. The seller pays a 15% commission to the park.
